- Introduction
One our excellent project coordinators will be assigned to work on your job from start to finish. Our coordinator will walk you through our entire process and work to schedule your critical measurement and installation appointments. - Critical Measure Appointment
An Expert Measure Tech will visit your home to plan your installation. Several critical elements of your installation take place during this appointment.- Each window will be measured to 1/8th inch accuracy, ensuring the proper fit of your new windows.
- On older homes, our Measure Tech will test for the presence of lead paint, protecting your family and our workers from the dangers of lead dust.
- A plan for parking our trucks, and how the installers will access each part of your home with the least disturbance must be created.
- Our Measure Tech will walk with you through each window you purchased, making sure we have the right type of windows; they open in the correct direction; and that we've included all your desired options.
- Window Fabrication & Shipping
After your Critical Measure Appointment, we will submit your order of windows to the manufacturer for custom fabrication.- The manufacturer will add your order to their queue and send us a delivery date for your windows.
- We'll contact you to give an estimated installation date based on the delivery date.
- We'll keep you up to date about any shipping delays from the manufacturer.
- Installation
Once your windows arrive in our warehouse, we'll contact you to schedule your installation.- For most projects, the installation date is usually within 2-3 weeks of arrival.
- Your project coordinator will also walk you through the final steps of installation.
